Equity Diversity and Inclusion Committee (EDIC)

Outcomes

• Develop a shared understanding of common nomenclature that will anchor our work.
  
  
• Develop a shared understanding of what educational equity is and become a district ambassador and leader for educational equity and outcomes for all students.
  
  
• Review and analyze district data to uncover inequities and assist with revising, promoting, and recommending inclusive and accessible policies, practices, protocols, and/or processes. 
  
  
• Identify, review, monitor, and recommend suggestions on district goals and priorities to ensure equitable systems for curriculum, instruction, assessment, discipline, priorities, and efforts that best support students, staff, parents, and community members in SSFUSD.     
  
  
• Assist in developing an equity action plan.
